The regeneration of the existing Debono Group site in Żebbuġ will bring to life a new vibrant, state-of-the-art destination underpinned by the principles of wellbeing, sustainability and healthy living for all age groups.
The project is integral to and supports the needs of the Żebbuġ community and neighbouring areas.
PUBLIC SPACE
Open public squares, walkways and spaces where visitors can walk or relax in a car-free environment are integral to the design and its future placemaking strategy. These public open spaces are for all, including the visitors, those working here and, more importantly, the locals.
The local community will be able to enjoy these much needed, newly added public spaces in this previously industrial neighbourhood – spaces which promote wellbeing, interaction and social activities.
Workplace
